What We Collect

Information you give us when you shop or use our site:

  • Name, email, mailing address, phone number
  • Orders and payment details
  • Age and sex/gender (if applicable)
  • Medical, physical, or audio data (if applicable)
  • Inferences we draw from the above

Information we collect automatically when you visit our site, such as your IP address and browsing activity, using cookies and similar tools.

Information from others, such as referrals from other customers and data from retail partners.

If we ever de-identify your data, we won't try to re-identify it.

Cookies and Your Choices

We use cookies to keep the site working — to remember your login and cart — and for advertising and analytics. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information for that browser.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep information only as long as we need it. In general:

Data How long
Website and cookie data Up to 7 years
Order and shipping data Until your order is complete, plus 7 years from your last purchase
Customer support messages Up to 2 years
Marketing sign-up data Until you opt out or ask us to delete it
Reviews, surveys, feedback Up to 7 years from your last contact
Privacy request records At least 24 months
Security data As long as legally needed

We may keep data longer in anonymized form.

Why We Use Your Information

To fill and ship orders, process payments, provide support, run and improve our site, send marketing, deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

How We Share Your Information

We share information with service providers that help us operate — web hosting, cloud storage, payment processors, shipping companies, support tools, and marketing and analytics tools. We also share certain information with ad networks and analytics providers for advertising.

"Selling" and "Sharing"

Under state privacy laws, we "sell" and "share" certain data (like online identifiers, browsing activity, and inferences) with ad networks to show you more relevant ads. You can opt out anytime — see below. We do not knowingly sell or share data about anyone under 16.

Your Privacy Rights

If you live in California, Virginia, Colorado, or Connecticut, you can ask us to:

  • Know or access the information we have about you
  • Delete that information
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your data and of targeted advertising

We won't deny service or charge you differently for using these rights. In Virginia, Colorado, and Connecticut, if we deny a request you may appeal within 90 days. We don't use automated profiling to make decisions with legal or similar significant effects.

State notes: We "sell" and "share" data under California, Colorado, and Connecticut law. In Virginia we don't receive money for data, so we don't "sell" it there, but we do use it for targeted advertising. If you can't resolve an issue with us, you may contact your state Attorney General.

How to Make a Request

Email us at support@wearetrival.com to make any privacy request, including opting out.

To protect you, we verify your identity for access, delete, and correction requests by matching information we already have (such as your email on file). Opt-out requests don't need verification. You may use an authorized agent or a browser signal like GPC to opt out. If you make more than two access requests in a year, we may charge a small fee.

Marketing Discount

When you sign up for our marketing emails, you get a discount on qualifying purchases in exchange for your email and consent to receive emails. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you learn that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date above.
